Rakusen has finally opened the way for piece-dyeing of polyester at 100℃ under normal pressure, developing beautiful colors in any depth of shade. This feature allows creation of a variety of new products, including mixed fabrics with natural fibers and stretch fabrics by combining polyurethane, while causing no degradation of each material used. Moreover, since the filament is made of polyester chips manufactured in the world’s first continuous direct polymerization system, it has superior strength, elongation and uniformity to similar types of products that are made of polyester chips obtained from the conventional batch process.

• Facilitates piece-dyeing of mixed fabrics with such fibers as polyurethane, wool, and silk, which are vulnerable to high temperature/pressure
