FUITECLOTH II is a wiping cloth which can be used for all delicate objects from peripheral devices in clean rooms to final products manufactured therein. It is a knitted fabric composed of “Belima” microfiber, and the fabric edges are firmly sealed with an advanced cutting technique to fully minimize its lint generation properties. A special treatment is also applied to the original fiber to improve its water/solvent retention.

Ion exchange water is used in the production process, and the final product is thoroughly cleaned and packaged in class 100 clean rooms using ultrapure water. As a result, dissolution of residual ions is strictly controlled at its lowest possible level.
